What this program is

When you call Airport Park & Wash and ask to reserve parking, we can send you a one-time text message containing a link to complete your reservation online. This is a transactional, customer-requested message — not marketing, and not a recurring subscription.

How you opt in (consent)

Consent is collected verbally, on a phone call you place to us. Before any text is sent, our phone assistant asks for your permission, word for word:

"I can text you the reservation link. Do I have your permission to send a one-time SMS with the reservation link to the number you're calling from? Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of future texts by replying STOP."

We send the text only if you say yes. If you ask us to send it to a different number, we re-confirm your permission for that number with the same disclosure before sending. No number is ever texted without this explicit spoken permission. Every call is recorded and transcribed and every message is logged, so consent is auditable on a per-message basis.

• Frequency: one message per request (you only get a text when you ask for one on a call).

• Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
