These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, website, and text messaging program of Airport
Park & Wash (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, making a reservation, or opting in to our text messages, you
agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Our services
We provide airport parking, car wash, and detailing services. Reservations may be made by phone or through the
reservation link we provide. Service availability, pricing, and hours may change without notice.
2. SMS messaging program
Our messaging program lets you receive a one-time text message containing a link to complete your parking
reservation. The following terms govern that program.
Program & message types. Messages are transactional and customer-requested: a one-time reservation link that you
ask us to send during a call. This is not a marketing or recurring subscription program.
How you opt in (consent). You opt in verbally, on a call you place to us. Before any message is sent, our phone
assistant asks for your permission with a clear disclosure, and we send the text only if you agree. If you ask us to send it
to a different number, we re-confirm consent for that number before sending.
Message frequency. One message per request — you receive a text only when you ask for one on a call.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
To opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We remove your number from our messaging list within 24
hours of your request and send no further messages.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to
effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers. Compatible with major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional
purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your
mobile number is used solely to deliver the reservation link and related transactional messages you request.

3. Reservations & payment
Reservations are subject to availability and to the rates and policies in effect at the time of service. You are responsible
for providing accurate information when making a reservation. Any payment, cancellation, or refund terms are those
disclosed to you at the time of booking or service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use our services and website lawfully and not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
to our systems; interfere with other users; or use our messaging program for any purpose other than as intended. We
may suspend or refuse service for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Intellectual property
The content, branding, and materials on our website are owned by Airport Park & Wash or its licensors and are
protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.
6. Disclaimers
Our services and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or
implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to
the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airport Park & Wash and Offshore Marketing LLC, and their owners, employees,
and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your
use of our services, website, or messaging program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute
will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Vermont.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with an updated “Last
updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated
Terms.
